Privacy policy

Ooleh Coffee Co is a small business run by two people in Colorado Springs. We collect the least information we can, we use it only to answer you and run your event, and we do not sell it to anyone.

What we collect

When you fill in our contact form, you give us:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you enter one
• Details about your event, including date, venue, guest count, and anything else you tell us

If you email or call us directly, we have whatever you send us that way.

Our website is hosted by Webflow, which automatically logs basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This happens on nearly every website and is used to keep the site running and secure.

What we do with it

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, plan and run your event, and send an invoice. That is the whole list.

We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We will not add you to a marketing list because you asked us about a wedding.

Who else sees it

A few services we use to run the business may hold your information on our behalf. They are only permitted to use it to provide their service to us.

• Webflow, which hosts this site and stores form submissions
• Our email provider, which delivers the messages between us
• Our invoicing and payment provider, if you book with us

We may also share the details of your booking with your venue or planner when doing so is necessary to run your event, such as providing a certificate of insurance.

If the law requires us to disclose something, we will.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed for the pages and forms to work correctly. We do not run advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as it takes to answer you and, if you book, for as long as we need them for accounting and tax records. If you would like us to delete your information sooner, ask and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will take care of it. There is no form and no process. It is two of us reading the inbox.

Children

This site is meant for adults booking events. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
