What we provide

Coffee catering for corporate and private events.

One barista, one cart, and a full espresso menu that arrives set up and ready before your first guest. You tell us the time and the headcount. We handle the rest.

Corporate and offices

Team meetings, client visits, employee appreciation, and office mornings that call for more than a pot of drip coffee.

Conferences and expos

Service between sessions, with a menu built to move quickly and a barista who keeps the line short.

Brand activations

Custom menus and signature drinks, on a bar that works with your branding instead of competing with it.

Schools and universities

Staff appreciation, graduation, faculty events, and campus mornings. We invoice, so purchase orders are straightforward.

Churches

Sunday mornings, small group launches, volunteer thank-yous, and conferences. We work quietly around your schedule.

Every event is quoted on its own. Send us the details and we will come back with a flat number.

About

Let us share our espresso addiction with you

Ooleh is a mobile espresso bar based in Colorado Springs. We bring a commercial machine, a commercial grinder, and a barista who has the espresso dialed in before your first guest arrives. Every shot weighed, every drink made to order.

We pour Lima Coffee Roasters out of Fort Collins, a small family roaster we think puts out some of the best coffee in the state.

The cart arrives finished and stays that way. Clean lines, no clutter, and nothing shouting over your branding or your room. It should look like it belongs there.

  • Machine La Marzocco Linea Mini
  • Grinder Mahlkönig E65S
  • Coffee Lima Coffee Roasters, Fort Collins

The menu

Whole & oat milk standard, others available upon request. Your selection of specialty syrups to create your event's signature drink.

Included in every booking

  • Professional barista
  • 1 hour of setup and teardown (outside of booked hours)
  • Cart, machine, grinder, and all supplies
  • Cups, lids, napkins, and a menu board
  • Water, so all we need is one outlet

How booking works

Three steps, no back and forth.

01

Request a quote

Send your date, location, headcount, and the hours you need the cart open. We come back with a flat number, usually the same day.

02

Confirm the details

We settle the menu, the timing, and the final count. One short call or a few emails, whichever you prefer.

03

We handle the day

We arrive early, set up, pour for as long as you have booked, then break down and clear out. Nothing for you to manage.

Most events book two to six weeks ahead. December fills early.

Questions

The practical stuff.

If something is not covered here, ask. We would rather answer it now than have you wondering the week of.

Around five feet by five of level floor and one standard outlet within reach. No plumbing, no water hookup, no venue kitchen. We bring everything else. If power is awkward where you want us, tell us early and we will work around it.

Yes, and most of our work is indoors. The cart fits through a standard doorway and rolls on hard floors and low carpet. Outdoors is fine too as long as there is cover, since the equipment does not do well in direct rain or full sun.

Every event is quoted on its own, based on headcount, hours, and location. You get one flat number covering everything, with no per drink math for you or your guests to think about. Send us the details and we will come back the same day where we can.

Not unless you want them to. Most events are hosted, meaning you cover the booking and the cart is simply open. We can also run it as a paid bar if that suits your event better.

Yes. We invoice, which makes purchase orders and expense approval straightforward for offices, schools, and churches. Card and bank transfer both work.

Two to six weeks is comfortable, and December fills up early. If your date is sooner than that, ask anyway. We can often make short notice work.

Yes. Every booking includes one signature drink named for your event, company, or campaign, and we can shorten or adjust the menu however you like. The cart itself is built to sit quietly in the room rather than compete with your branding.

Oat milk and decaf come standard at every event and are never an upcharge. Tell us about any other requirements when we settle the menu and we will bring what is needed.

Yes, we are approved by the El Paso County Health Department. If your venue or building requires documentation from vendors, let us know what they need and we will get it to your coordinator.
