When you book Ooleh, you are booking us. Not a dispatcher, not whoever was available that weekend.

We are Connor and Alix. We live in Colorado Springs with our son, and Ooleh is the thing we built around a coffee habit that got out of hand.
The short version is that we got serious about espresso at home, then got more serious than was reasonable, and eventually worked out that the only way to keep going was to make it the job. So we did the licensing, the inspections, the equipment, and all the paperwork nobody warns you about, and now the cart goes to other people's events instead of sitting in our kitchen.
We are not a franchise and we are not a staffing company. There are two of us. That means we answer our own email, we plan your menu ourselves, and the person handing your guests a flat white is one of the two people you booked.
It also means we take on a limited number of events, which is worth knowing if your date is a Saturday in summer.
How we work
The espresso should be as good as your favourite café and the cart should not be the loudest thing in the room. Both, at once.
You get a flat number up front. No per drink counting, no line items appearing after the fact, nothing for your guests to pay.
Usually within a day, usually from a phone, often while one of us is holding a toddler. But we answer.
